For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4x: |

- Click on the View menu
- Select Internet Options, A tabbed dialog should then appear
- Select the Advance tab, Under the Advance Tab should be a scrollable window
- Scroll through the Security settings until you find Cookie option
- Under Always accept cookies make sure Enable or Prompt is checked
- Under Prompt before accepting cookies make sure Enable or Prompt is checked
- Click OK to finish

Click on the Tools menu (at the very top of your window)

Select Internet Options

Switch to the Security tab

Click on Internet in the Select a Web content zone

Further down, press the Custom Level button

Scroll down to the Cookies section in the Settings: box

Click on Enable for Allow cookies that are stored option

Click on Enable for Allow per-session cookies option

- Choose Tools, then
- Internet Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- Default setting is Medium. Move the slider to determine which setting you prefer (You will need at least Medium to accept the cookie from our site)
- You can also click on Advanced for specialized cookie treatment

For Netscape Navigator: |

- Click on the Edit menu (at the very top of your window)
- Select Preferences
- Click on Advanced in the Category: box
- Click on Accept all cookies in the Cookies box

For Netscape Navigator 3.0: |
|
- Open Network Preferences under the Options menu
- Click on the Protocols tab and ensure that the box next to Accepting a Cookie is unchecked

For Netscape 3.x: |
|
- Choose the Options menu
- Select Network Preferences
- Click on the Protocols tab
- Verify that the box Show an alert before accepting a Cookie is unchecked
- Click OK
- Close your web browser and restart it by re-opening it

For Netscape 4.x and up: |
|
- Choose the Edit menu
- Select Preferences
- In the white box on the left, click once on the word Advanced
- Verify that the boxes Accept all cookies or Only accept cookies originating from the same server as the page being viewed are checked. If they are not, click on the box to enable it
- Click OK
- Close your web browser and restart it by re-opening it

- Choose Edit -> Preferences, then click on Advanced
- Select the radio button next to Accept all cookies and click OK

If you are an AOL client using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, you could receive an error such as this one:
"Your request could not be served because you have browser cookies disabled. Please enable cookies in your browser's settings, close your current web session and try again."

- Click OK to exit
